转炉耳轴与大齿轮联接形式分析

摘要 介绍转炉驱动端耳轴与大齿轮的两种联接形式,并以我公司承制的两台180 t转炉为例,分析比较了两种联接形式的优缺点,指出无键过盈联接结构简单紧凑、对中性好、成本低,但是配合面加工困难;而切向键联接传递载荷能力强,但被连接件尺寸大、制造成本高。 The paper describes two fitting methods for the trunnion and gear wheel of converters and takes two 180 t converters that were made and supplied by the company for example to compare the strengths and weaknesses of those two methods. The keyless interference fitting is featured by simple and compact structure, good alignment and low cost. But, the fitting faces have problems in machining. The tangential keys fitting can transfer high load, but requires large-size connected parts, which increases the manufacture cost.
