摘要
通过测定硬化后自流平砂浆上出现的泛白物质分析了产生原因及提出解决问题的方法,并通过测试水泥基自流平砂浆的流动性和强度以及观察硬化后的表面质量情况研究分析了消泡剂对水泥基自流平砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:水泥基自流平砂浆不稳定的主要原因是表面产生了白色物质碳酸钙,掺入消泡剂可以有效解决此问题。
This paper studied and analyzed the influence of defoamer on the performance of the cementbased self-leveling mortar by testing the fluidity and self-leveling cement-based mortar strength and observe the situation hardened surface quality. The results showed that the unstable surface of selfleveling cement-based mortar was mainly due to the white substance calcium carbonate,it could effectively solve this problem by the incorporation of defoamers.
