Construction Technique of Coal Gangue in the Subgrade Filling

煤矸石用于路基填筑,不仅有着良好的路用性能,还有着良好的经济效益。但煤矸石路基不抗冲刷,需通过包边土施工,使路基填筑完善、稳定。通过对煤矸石在实际施工中压实度、含水量、压实机械和碾压遍数等质量控制,取得了良好的填筑效果,提高了项目运营效益。

Coal gangue used in subgrade filling not only has good road performance but also good economic benefit. But gangue subgrade was not anti-scouring,it should be via the surrounding soil construction to make the subgrade filling perfect and stable. This paper achieved good filling effect through the quality control to the coal gangue in the actual construction of degree of compaction,water content,compaction machinery and times of roller compaction,which improved the benefit of project operation.
