Concept on Construction of the Super-thick Mass Shear Walls and Slabs

针对超厚大体积剪力墙板模板加固成本高、工期长、质量不能有效保证的问题,结合实例进行讨论、分析和反复计算,得出一套超厚大体积剪力墙板的模板加固和混凝土浇筑成型的控制措施。经实践证明,该措施可有效节约成本,并提高墙板的施工质量。

Aimed at the problem of the mass shear wall template reinforcement for super high cost,long period of construction duration,cannot effectively guarantee the quality,this paper analyzed and repeated calculation by project managers,and found out a set of control measures to solve these problems. Practice has proved that it could save cost and improve the quality of wall construction.
