Analysis on the Causes of the Exterior Wall Tapestry Brick of a Building

为确保建筑物外观美观,常采用饰面砖装饰建筑外立面。外墙饰面砖的脱落是该类型建筑中经常出现的问题。以一工程实例针对饰面砖脱落的原因进行分析,根据饰面砖的施工做法、饰面砖脱落状况、当地气候条件、外立面排水状况等几方面进行分析、推断,得出该建筑物外立面饰面砖脱落的原因,并提出修复建议。

In order to ensure the beautiful appearance of buildings,it often used tapestry brick to decorate building facade. The falling off of the outer wall tapestry brick was a problem that often appears in this construction. In this paper,an engineering example was analyzed for the reason of the falling off of the facing brick. The analysis and inference was carried on according to several aspects,which were the construction practice of tile,tile loss status,the local climate conditions,facade drainage condition and so on. According to the construction practice of the decorative brick,the status of the brick,the local climate conditions,and the outer surface of the water,the reasons of the brick fall off was concluded,and put forward the repair suggestion.
