数字化三维成形钛网修复颅骨缺损 被引量:2

Clinical application of digital three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh in the repairing of skull defect

摘要 目的探讨运用数字化三维成形钛网修复颅骨缺损的临床疗效。方法对45例颅脑术后患者采用数字化三维成形钛网修复颅骨缺损。沿原手术切口逐层切开头皮、皮下组织至骨膜,充分显露颅骨缺损边缘。将消毒好的钛合金网板覆盖在骨窗上,用6—10枚钛钉将其固定在颅骨上。结果42例术后7d内痊愈出院;1例出现皮下积液,2例出现皮瓣局部坏死而延迟出院。随访6~12个月,所有患者对颅骨修复塑形效果满意,3例额颞顶部颅骨修复患者发生患侧咀嚼功能减退,2例癫痫发作,1例发生顽固性头痛。结论数字化三维成形钛网修复颅骨缺损具有操作简单、手术用时短、塑形效果佳等优点,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To research the clinical effect of digital three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh in patients with skull defect. Methods Selected 45 cases of skull defects in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014, the clinical data of digital three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh for cranioplasty were retro- spectively analyzed. Results The 42 patients were fully recovered at 7 days postoperatively. Complications oc- curred in 3 other cases including 1 case with subcutaneous hydrops and 2 cases with partial necrosis of flaps in patients whose hospital stays were extended. Follow up was performed for 6 to 12 months. All patients were sat- isfied with the effects of the cranioplasty except for 3 cases with the loss of chewing function of the affected side, 2 cases with epilepsy and 1 with stubborn headache. Conclusion igital three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh in the repairing of skull defects has the advantages of simplicity of operation, short operation time, and higher patient satisfaction with appearance. It is a method worth applying more broadly.
