摘要
针对造船企业中产品结构复杂、生产计划编制难度大、计划跟不上变化、生产现场状况难以掌握、人工成本核算费时费力等问题,开发了造船制造执行系统(MES),优化生产计划,强化制造过程监控,提高生产效率与按期完工率。同时进行了MES标准在造船行业的应用探索。
To solve problems including complex product structures, difficult production planning, plan not consistent with production changes, blindness to production field state, time-consuming effort required by manual costing in ship building enterprises, a ship building manufacturing execution system is developed. The system optimizes production plans, monitors and controls production progress and processes finely, improves production efficiency and on-time-delivery rate Furthermore, the development and application of MES standards are explored in ship building industry.
