论高校自主招生中的考试评价制度改革

On Examination Evaluation Reform in University Autonomous Enrollment

高校自主招生制度自2003年正式实施以来,历经十多年的探索、变革与发展,初步形成了一套统一与多样相结合、效率与公平兼顾、学业与能力并重的考试评价与人才选拔体系。研究自主招生的选拔目标、考评形式与考评内容发现,各个高校在积极推动自主招生制度改革,尤其在考试评价内容方面进行了大胆改革和创新。但就目前的自主招生评价制度而言,还需进一步明确选拔目标,构建科学、公平的考试评价体系,这是自主招生制度改革的必然趋势。

Since the implementation of the university autonomous enrollment system in 2003,an examination evaluation and talent selection system was formed which combined efficiency,fairness,academic performance and ability. Through the research on the selection of the university autonomous enrollment,evaluation form and evaluation content,this paper finds that every university is actively promoting the reform of the university autonomous enrollment system,especially bold and original in the reform of examination evaluation content. However,considering the current evaluation system of the university autonomous enrollment,it is still necessary to further clarify the selection objectives,to build a scientific and fair evaluation system,which is the inevitable trend of the reform of the university and autonomous enrollment system.
