跨地区调剂研究生学习适应性及对策研究——基于S大学的案例分析 被引量:3

摘要 持续攀升的研究生报考人数、现行研究生招生体制以及地区经济差异等因素的影响,导致研究生跨地区调剂现象的必然出现。据统计,每年被调剂的考生占到总数的1/3。以新疆S大学研究生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法为主、访谈法为辅的研究方法,使用统计软件SPSS17.0对样本数据进行方差分析。结合访谈资料,对跨地区调剂研究生学习适应性现状进行研究。分析表明:S大学研究生学习适应性基本良好,且跨地区调剂研究生学习适应性与非跨地区调剂研究生无明显差异,而性别和是否跨地区调剂因素交互作用显著。 There are many trans- regional adjusted postgraduates because of the increasing number of people taking postgraduate entrance exams,current recruitment system of postgraduate and economic differences among different areas. According to the statistics,every year one-third of the postgraduates are adjusted. In this paper,taking the postgraduates in Xinjiang S University as the research object,using Questionnaire Survey as the main method,Interview Method as the auxiliary method,Variance analysis was carried out on the sample data by statistical software SPSS17. 0. Combined with the interview data,a study was made to research about the present situation of postgraduates learning adaptability. Results show that postgraduates of S University learning adaptability are generally good. In addition,there are no obvious postgraduates' learning odaptabilities in S University between trans-regional adjusted postgraduates with other postgraduates. However,the interplay of gender and the factor whether trans-regional adjusted are not significant.
