摘要
对教师教育观念进行深入研究,是提高教师专业发展以及课程改革实效性的迫切需要。通过阐述教育观念的特点,以及教育观念与教育行为之间的关系,从引发认知冲突、情感参与、内隐教育观念外显化、行为改变入手四个方面,论述了在教师培训中如何帮助教师树立正确的教育观念。
Strengthening the research of teachers＇ educational beliefs in teacher training is the ur-gent demand of teachers＇ professional development and the curriculum revolution. Through elaboratingthe characteristics of educational beliefs and the relationship between educational beliefs and educa-tional behaviors, this paper discusses how to help teachers establish the correct educational beliefs fromfour aspects： initiation of cognitive conflict, emotional involvement, manifesting the implicit educationalbeliefs and changing educational behavior first.
