摘要
区域教师研训工作应该遵循教师成长规律、课程建设规律和科学管理规律,按照按需施训、科学施训和精细施训的工作思路,构建精细化的课程体系,建立科学规范的管理机制,提高研训效益,支持区域教师专业发展,全面提高研训水平。
Regional teacher research and training should follow the teachers' growth patterns, cur-riculum construction rules and scientific management rules, should be in accordance with the thought ofon-demand training, scientific training and fine training in order to establish a fine curriculum systemand a scientific and standardized management system, so as to improve the research and training bene-fits, support regional teachers' professional development and comprehensively improve the research andtraining level.
