摘要
为提升川水断面的输电能力,基于灵敏度分析方法,以川水断面近区新能源电厂、火电厂的出力和直流回降功率对该断面的影响程度为对象进行分析研究,提出了提升川水断面输电能力的调控策略。分析结果表明:该调控策略使甜水河变电站-银川东换流站地区清洁能源的消纳水平得到提升,可为电网改造及规划设计提供参考。
In order to enhance the transmission capacity of Tianshui River-Eastern Yinchuan section,based on sensitivity analysis method,the object of this study is the influence degree of output power and DC fall back power of new energy power plants and thermal power plants nearby Tianshui River-eastern Yinchuan section to the section,puts forward the control strategy of improving the section transmission capacity. The analysis result shows that the control strategy can improve the absorptive rate of Ningxia power grid for the clean energy generation in Tianshui River substation-Eastern Yinchuan converter station,it may provide reference for retrofit,planning and design of power grid.
