细胞内信号转导异常是肿瘤发生发展的重要机制。AKT信号通路在胃癌发生发展过程中发挥着重要的调控作用。通过调控AKT信号通路可调控胃癌细胞生长与侵袭转移,凋亡与自噬等生物学行为,且可影响肿瘤血管新生,耐药、胃黏膜细胞癌变与胃癌的发展等。近年来,相关研究日益增多,总结其在胃癌发生发展中的调控作用对指导胃癌治疗方法探索与进一步理论研究的开展具有重要意义。

Abnormal intracellular signaling is an important mechanism of tumorigenesis. As an important signaling pathway, AKT signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma, which can affect angiogenesis, occurrence of drug resistance, canceration of gastric mucosa and progression of gastric cancer, and involves in the regulation of proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy invasion and metastasis. In last few years, with the research increasing, to sum up the research progress of AKT signaling pathway has important significance in treating gastric cancer and studying pathological mechanisms on gastric cancer.
