放射性胃、十二指肠损伤的研究现状

随着放疗技术在腹部肿瘤的应用,胃、十二指肠放射性损伤越来越引起临床医生的重视。放射性胃、十二指肠损伤多出现在黏膜褶皱处及黏膜萎缩部位,实质是一个炎症过程。临床研究表明糖尿病、HP感染、肝硬化等既往史与损伤的发生有关,更多研究探讨了物理因素的临床预测价值。先进的放疗技术是否在胃肠损伤安全性方面更具备优势值得进一步探讨。治疗以减轻炎性、止血为主,严重的放射性胃肠出血的治疗棘手且方法不一。

The treatment of severe radiation gastrointestinal bleeding is difficult.
