摘要 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,同时也是全球排列第三位的肿瘤相关致死疾病。胰岛素生长因子(insulin-like growth factor,IGF)在细胞的生长与发展过程中的作用突出,相关研究表明IGF信号通路参与了多种肿瘤的致瘤过程。深入研究IGF在HCC发生及发展中的作用机制,寻找对应基因位点,将有助于揭开新的肿瘤相关发生机理,也为开发相关靶向治疗药物提供可能性,从而可能使HCC患者从中获益。本文系统复习相关文献,讨论IGF信号通路在HCC发生、发展过程中的相关分子机制及相关以IGF为靶点的相关治疗。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the third leading cause of cancerrelated deaths worldwide. Due to its role in cell growth and development,the insulinlike growth factor(IGF) system is commonly deregulated in many cancers. By reviewing related literature, this paper mainly summarizes the molecule mechanism of IGF signaling pathway and IGF related therapies.
