摘要 饮食和基因是影响肥胖发生和发展的两大主要因素。队列研究显示肥胖人群的肠道菌群组成不同于一般人群,这种肠道菌群组成的差异是导致肥胖发生的重要原因之一。目前研究发现饮食对于塑造肠道菌群至关重要,因此在无法大规模改变宿主基因组成的前提下,如何通过饮食影响肥胖的发生和发展具有更现实的意义。 Diet and genes are the two main factors that influence the occurrence and development of obesity.Cohort studies showed that the composition of intestinal flora in obese people was different from the general population, and this difference was one of the important causes of obesity. The current study found that diet is essential for shaping the intestinal flora. So it is more realistic to have a better effect on the occurrence and development of obesity through diet in the context of failing to dramatically change the composition of the host gene.
