摘要
为了研究温拌SMA-13的降温幅度,综合采用旋转压实法(SGC)和沥青混合料和易性试验仪法确定其最佳拌和与击实温度,并按照该温度在试验路上铺筑SMA-13上面层,从拌和站取样成型试件以检验其路用性能。结果表明:SGC法与和易性试验仪法的最佳降温幅度分别为28℃和30℃;在最佳拌和温度下,温拌沥青混合料的各项路用性能均能满足规范要求。
In order to study the temperature drop range of SMA-13 warm mix asphalt,superpave gyratory compactor(SGC)and asphalt mixture workability tester were applied to determine the optimum mixing temperature and compaction temperature,at which the upper layer of SMA-13 was paved on test road,and samples were taken from the mixing plant to examine the pavement performance.The results show that the best temperature drop ranges for SGC and workability tester are 28℃ and 30℃respectively;the pavement performance of warm mix asphalt meets the specification requirements at optimum mixing temperature.
