摘要
针对拱桥及山区施工特点,结合思遵高速草鞋娅大桥吊装系统的设计实例,采用有限元对缆索吊装系统,包括主索、起重索、牵引索、扣索、锚索锚桩、扣索锚碇、索塔等结构进行大变形受力分析,验算了索端反力、挠度等参数,确保了缆索吊装系统的受力安全。该缆索吊装系统的有效应用,可为其他缆索吊装系统方案设计提供借鉴。
The cable lifting system was adopted to construct the reinforced concrete arch ring for Caoxieya bridge on Simao-Zunyi highway.The cable lifting system,designed to lift the weight of 18 t,consists of main cable,whip hoist,drag cable,pintle cable,cable anchor pile,buckle cable anchorage,cable tower and so forth.According to the construction characteristics of the arch bridge and the mountain area,the cable lifting system was specially designed;the large deformation stress on the cable was analyzed with finite element;parameters such as cable end reaction force and deflection were calculated;the force safety was ensured.The effect of the cable lifting system in practice provides reference for other cable lifting schemes design.
