厂拌热再生混合料的关键施工技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 从RAP的回收、破碎、筛分、储存、质量检测、预热及除尘、再生剂的添加以及再生混合料的拌和、摊铺与碾压等环节,分析了厂拌热再生混合料的关键施工工艺。研究表明:对RAP的回收、预处理、储存等进行严格控制是保证再生混合料稳定性、均匀性和高质量的前提;为大规模应用再生混合料,应对中国广泛使用的间歇式拌和站进行相应的设备改进,并根据RAP的掺量和含水率等因素综合确定新集料的加热温度。 Key construction technology for hot plant mix RAP was analyzed in aspects of recycling,crushing,screening,storage,quality control,warming up and dust removal of RAP,regeneration agent addition and the mixing,paving and compacting of RAP.It is suggested that the premise to guarantee the stability,uniformity and quality of RAP is the strict control of phases including the recycling,pretreatment and storage.Batch type asphalt mixing plant and other equipment should be improved for large-scale application of recycled mixture.The heating temperature of new aggregate should be determined by the amount of RAP and water content.
