摘要
针对齿轮由于高温工况引起的热变形问题,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,获得齿轮啮合处的最大热变形量,研究了热变形对双圆弧修正摆线齿轮和修正摆线齿轮啮合侧隙的影响,并分析了齿轮传动发生干涉的可能性。结果表明,设计的齿轮传动系统能够在设定工况下正常进行传动,对高温工况下的齿轮传动设计具有一定参考价值。
Aimed at thermal deformation of gears,the max thermal deformation was obtained by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The influence of thermal deformation on the backlash of double-circular-arc modified cycloid gear and modified cycloid gear was studied,and analysis of the possibility of transmission interference was carried out.The result shows that the designed gear transmission system can work effectively at high temperature.
