摘要
[目的/意义]目前有关图书馆微博平台的研究较少涉及微博平台粉丝数影响因素,加强这方面研究对提高图书馆的社会影响力十分必要。[方法/过程]使用网络调研法和文献调研法,对公共图书馆微博平台总体情况进行分析、梳理和总结。[结果/结论]认为公共图书馆微博平台粉丝数受到帖子数、帖子更新频率、帖子内容、图书馆群体服务意识、图书馆品牌以及馆员人格魅力等因素的影响。指出图书馆必须加强内动外联、深化服务内容、邀请名人加盟、打造图书馆品牌、与外界合作,才能争取政府与舆论支持,提升自身的人格魅力。
[Purpose/significance] Now relative researches on library’s micro-blog platform deal with rarely influencing factors on number of fans of public library’s micro-blog platform. Strengthening research on this subject is necessary to increase library’s social impact. [Method/process] The paper uses methods of network survey and document inquisition to analyze, comb and summarize overall situation of public library’s micro-blog platform. [Result/conclusion] The paper considers that number of fans of public library’s micro-blog platform is affected by the number, the update frequency and the content of posts, library’s service awareness in community, library’s brand, librarian’s personality charm and so on. It points out that library should strengthen interior action and external alliance, deepen service content, invite celebrities to join, create library brand, and cooperate with the outside world to win the support of government and public opinion and enhance their personality charm.
