摘要
为了研究钢中固溶碳原子含量对Snoek内耗峰的影响,以超低碳汽车板IF钢为研究对象,通过不同温度的热处理获得不同固溶碳原子含量的试样,分别进行内耗试验,并对得出的内耗曲线进行比对分析。结果表明:经过热处理的试样都会产生明显的Snoek内耗峰,随着固溶碳原子含量的增加,内耗峰峰高逐渐增加,而峰温基本保持在325K左右。
In order to study the influence of solid solution carbon atom contents on Snoek internal friction peak,tests of internal friction were carried out on interstitial free steels with different contents of solid solution carbon atoms obtained by different heat treatment,and the internal friction curves were compared and analyzed.The results show that the Snoek internal friction peak appeared on every sample after heat treatment.The internal friction peak increased with the increase of contents of solid solution carbon atoms while the temperature of the peak remained at about 325 K.
