摘要
在双面埋弧焊钢管制造过程中,无论是超标还是未超标的钢板边部分层都会影响焊接质量及焊接质量的检验,并导致质量问题。结合超声检测、射线检测以及金相检验等方法的试验结果,分别对板厚中心部位以及近表面的板边分层所引发的质量问题进行了归纳分析。为进一步提高油气管道质量水平,从减小板边分层允许值和调整焊接工艺等方面有针对性地提出了有效的预防措施。
Laminations of over-standard or within-standard defects on the edge of steel plates would affect the welding quality and its inspection in the manufacturing process of double-side submerged-arc welding steel pipes,and result in quality issues.Through the integrated analysis of ultrasonic testing(UT),radiographic testing(RT)and metallographic examinating results,the quality issues caused by the laminations in the center and subsurface positions were analyzed respectively.In order to improve the quality of oil and gas pipelines,effective and targeted precautions were proposed from the aspects of the reduction of permissible values of laminations on the edge of steel plates and the adjustment of welding procedures.
