摘要
目的探讨在临床内科教学中应用多种教学模式和方法的效果。方法对照组在临床教学中实施导师制;实验组在实施导师制的基础上,采用PBL、SP和案例库等多种教学模式和方法。结果实验组理论知识、问诊和体格检查、胃镜的考核成绩优于对照组。结论系统化的教学,能够有效提高学生的理论知识水平和临床实践能力。
Objective To explore the effect of using multiple teaching models and methods in clinical medicine. Methods The students were directed by tutors in control group, multiple teaching models and methods were used in experimental group, for example PBL, SP, case base and so on. Results The experimental group theoretival knowledge, inquiry, physical examination, gastroscope examination results were better than the control group. Conclusion Systematic teaching is helpful for students to improve theory and practical ability.
