摘要
目的探讨肝胆外科临床实习带教中应用PBL与LBL结合模式的实践。方法选择2014年6月~2015年12月实习的80例护理专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照和观察组,各40例。观察组采用PBL、LBL结合模式,对照组采用LBL模式。结果观察组学生专科理论、临床技能、基础理论及考核总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 PBL与LBL结合模式临床教学有助于提高肝胆外科临床实习学习效果,学生在理论、技能等方面均获得良好成绩。
Objective To explore the application of PBL and LBL in the clinical practice teaching in Department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Selected 80 nursing students from June 2014 to December 2015, which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 40 cases. The observation group using PBL, LBL combination mode, control group LBL mode. Results The observation group, college students' theory, clinical skills, basic theory and assessment scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, was difference statistically significance, P0.05. Conclusion The combination of PBL and LBL mode clinical teaching is helpful to improve the effect of clinical practice in Department of hepatobiliary surgery, students in theory, skills and other aspects of good results.
