摘要
目的探析矮小症儿童血清内IGF-1、IGFBP-3检测的临床价值。方法抽取我院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的100例矮小症儿童,另选择同期健康儿童50名作为对照组研究对象;检验血清内IGF-1、IGFBP-3等指标。结果 ISS组、PGHD组、CGHD组儿童的血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3等参数与对照组儿童相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论矮小症儿童全面检测IGF-1、IGFBP-3等指标可促进机体GH分泌情况获得全面反映,可有效提高临床确诊率。
Objective To explore dwarfism children serum IGF- 1, IGFBP 3 clinical value of detection. Methods Selected 100 cases of small children from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hosptial, chose another 50 healthy children as control group in the same period the object of study;Inspection within the serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3 indicators. Results ISS, PGHD group, CGHD group of children of serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3 parameters such as compared with the control group of children was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dwarfism children comprehensive detection of IGF 1, IGFBP- 3 can promote the body＇s secretion of CH is full, can effectively improve the rate of clinical diagnosis.
