临床尿液检验的若干影响因素与对策

The Several Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Clinical Urine Test

目的研究探讨临床尿液检验中的相关影响因素,并提出处理对策。方法随机抽取1 000份在2014年3月~2015年3月于我院进行临床检验的尿液标本作为研究对象,对检验中的各种因素等对检验结果的影响进行总结分析。结果 1 000份接受检验的尿液标本中,检测结果存在较大误差的共计32份,不合格率为3.2%,不合格原因中以标本检验不当和采集前的准备不当所占的比例最高,比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论临床尿液检验的过程中会受多方面因素的影响,导致检验结果发生误差。通过对相关因素的分析和规范处理,对于降低尿液分析不合格率,提高实验室诊断准确性具有重要的意义。

Objective To study clinical urine test the related influence factors, and treatment measures are put forward. Methods Randomly sample of 1 000 clinical inspection urine specimens from March 2014 to March 2015 as the research object in our hosptial, on the various factors, such as the impact on the test results were summary and analyzed. Results 1 000 urine specimens tested, there was a big error of testing results of a total of 32 portions, percent of pass was 3.2%, unqualified reason in specimen preparation improper inspection and sampling the highest proportion, improper compared statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical urine test will be influenced by many factors, in the process of inspection results leads to errors. Through the analysis of related factors and standardize processing, to reduce fraction defective urine analysis, improve the laboratory diagnosis accuracy is of great importance.
