多层螺旋CT对肾嫌色细胞癌的诊断价值

The Diagnosis Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Renal Chromophobe Cell Carcinoma

目的研究肾嫌色细胞癌的临床特征及CT表现,探讨多层螺旋CT对肾嫌色细胞癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术、病理证实的30例肾嫌色细胞癌CT表现和临床资料。结果 30例肾嫌色细胞癌均为单侧发病,右肾14例,左肾16例,20例病灶平扫呈等密度或略低密度,4例病灶出现钙化点;6例呈囊实性混杂密度,其中1例瘤体同时见钙化和囊变。其中13例瘤体实性成分均轻至轻中度强化,5例瘤体呈明显边缘强化,5例病灶呈不均匀强化。5例病灶内可见无强化瘢痕,2例可见中心轮辐状强化。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描对肾嫌色细胞癌有较高的诊断价值,对于临床诊断及治疗具有重要指导意义。

Objective To study the renal chromophobe cell carcinoma clinical and CT features of, and to explore the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma. Methods After surgery and pathology confirmed 30 cases of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma CT and retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results In 30 cases of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma had unilateral disease, 14 cases of right kidney, 16 cases in the left kidney, 20 cases of density on plain CT showed or slightly lower density, 4 cases calcifications were seen in point; 6 cases showed cystic solid mixed density, which 1 cases of tumors also see calcification and cystic degeneration. Among them, 13 cases were light to mild to moderate enhancement, 5 cases had obvious edge enhancement, and 5 cases had uneven enhancement. 5 cases of lesions without enhancement scar, 2 cases of visible spoking enhancement center. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT enhanced scanning of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma has higher diagnostic value for clinical diagnosis and treatment is of important guiding significance.
