摘要
目的探讨乳腺良恶性肿瘤采用超声弹性成像鉴别诊断价值。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年12月收治乳腺有肿物触及的患者39例,病灶共45个,应用超声弹性成像技术检查,依据病灶区颜色采取5分法评估。结果经病理和手术检查,证实31个病灶为良性病变,超声弹性成像评分<3分22个,>4分9个,分别占70.9%,29.0%;14个恶性病变,超声弹性成像评分<3分2个,>4分12个,分别占14.3%,85.7%。恶性组中4~5分率为85.7%,高于良性组29.0%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像拓展了超声诊断范围,使常规超声的不足得以弥补,在鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤上价值显著,在诊断乳腺良恶性病变时,仍有一定误诊率,需与多种超声诊断手段结合,行综合评估。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of breast tumors using ultrasound elastography identified. Methods Selected patients with breast masses touched 39 patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, a total of 45 lesions, ultrasound elastography examination, take five minutes was assessed based on the color of the lesion area. Results After examination and surgical pathology confirmed 31 benign lesions, ultrasound elastography score〈3 points was 22 cases, 〉4 points was 9 cases, resl^ectively, accounting for 70.9%, 29.0%. 14 malignant lesions, ultrasound elastography score 〈3 points was 2 cases,〉4 points was 12 cases, accounting for 14.3%, 85.7%. 4 to 5 malignant group was 85.7%, significantly higher than benign group 29.0%, was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography ultrasound diagnosis expand the scope, so that's been offset by a lack of routine ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant significant value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, there is still some misdiagnosis rate, to be combined with a variety of diagnostic ultrasound instruments, line integrated assessment.
