目的探析放置宫内节育器常见并发症,并提出相关防治对策。方法对2013年12月~2015年12月到我院放置宫内节育器的80例妇女的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析妇女的并发症与防治措施。结果放置宫内节育器妇女常见并发症为感染、IUD嵌顿和异位、子宫穿孔、出血、疼痛等。结论放置宫内节育器妇女应该定期到医院检查,从根本上降低并发症发生率。

Methods Selected 80 cases of women who were placed intrauterine device from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital clinical data of were retrospectively analyzed, analyzed the complications and prevention measures of women. Results According to the analysis of the results of the survey, the common complications of infection, IUD placed intrauterine device women incarcerated and ectopic, uterus perforation, bleeding, pain, etc. Conclusion Placed intrauterine device women should be checked to the hospital on a regular basis, radically reduce the incidence of complications.
