宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症在基层医院的应用

To Application Hysteroscopy Combined With Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility in Primary Hospital

目的分析宫腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症的临床疗效情况。方法选择2013年8月~2015年7月我院收治的70例不孕症患者,所有患者均接受宫腹腔镜联合治疗,回顾性分析患者临床资料及疗效情况。结果经过腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗后,70例患者输卵管通畅率由原来的24.29%,提升至82.14%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。术后随访6~18个月,患者妊娠率达52.86%。结论采用宫腹腔镜联合疗法对不孕症进行诊断及治疗具有安全、高效等优点。

Objective To analysis the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in patients with infertility. Methods Selected 70 cases of patients with infertility were accepted hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy from August 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital, retrospective analysis of clinical data and therapeutic situation of them. Results After laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment,the tubal patency rate of 70 cases of patients with infertility was from 24.29% up to 82.14%, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Patients were followed up 6 to 18 months, the pregnancy rate of them was 52.86%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of infertility has a lot of advantages,such as safe and efficient.
