摘要
目的研究综合医院躯体形式障碍患者首次诊断与治疗的临床效果。方法选取在我院诊治的综合医院躯体形式障碍患者70例,分成两组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组行心理治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组躯体形式障碍改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论治疗躯体形式障碍患者时需要加强心理治疗工作,避免医疗资源浪费。
Objective To study the comprehensive hospital somatoform disorder diagnosis and treatment of clinical effect for the first time. Methods Selected 70 cases who made a diagnosis and given treatment of general hospital somatoform disorders in our hospital, which were divided into two groups, control group routine nursing, the observation group psychotherapy, compare the treatment effect of two groups. Results The observation group improved somatoform disorders was better than that of control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of somatoform disorders need to strengthen psychological treatment work, avoid medical resources waste.
