小儿肾积水手术治疗分析

Analysis the Surgery Treatment of Children With Hydronephrosis

目的对小儿肾积水手术治疗的方法和效果进行进一步的分析探究。方法选取2013年6月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的小儿肾积水患儿49例,回顾性分析患儿的临床和手术资料。结果接受手术治疗后,47例患儿的肾实质平均厚度高于治疗前,肾盂平均前后径低于治疗前,GFR高于治疗前,t=5.23,6.11,8.52,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据病因以及临床症状选择针对性的手术方式治疗小儿肾积水具有显著的效果,对减轻患儿的痛苦以及促进术后肾功能的恢复均具有至关重要的作用。

Objective Study the surgery treatment method and effect on children with hydronephrosis. Methods Selected 49 children with hydronephrosis review and analyzed clinical surgery treatment data from June 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital. Results After surgery treatment, 47 patients＇ average thickness of renal parenchyma is higher than before, average anterior and posterior diameter of renal pelvis was smaller than before and GFR was higher, t=5.23, 6.11, 8.52, there was differential f two groups and differential has statistic value according to T-Check（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arget surgery treatment based on patients＇ illness cause and clinical symptoms is effective in treatment of hydronephrosis.
