摘要
目的分析在重度痔疮患者治疗中应用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的临床疗效。方法选取2014年11月~2015年12月我院收治的重度痔疮患者70例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例,分别实施吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统外剥内扎术进行治疗。结果观察组手术指标、治疗有效率优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在重度痔疮患者治疗中应用吻合器上黏膜环切术能够实现良好的临床疗效。
Objective To analysis clinical curative effect of clinical curative effect of stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy in treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods Selected 70 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids from November 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 35 cases, on the implementation of stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy and traditional strip in surgery treatment. Results The observation group operation indicators, treatment effectiveness was better than control group, P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance. Conclusion The treatment on the application of stapling mucosa in patients with severe hemorrhoids fibrotomy can achieve good clinical curative effect.
