探讨小肠内置管肠排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Small Intestine Internal Tube Arrangement in Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的研究分析粘连性肠梗阻患者接受小肠内置管肠排列手术治疗的效果。方法根据我院2012年5月~2014年5月的100例粘连性肠梗阻患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和试验组,对照组使用常规手术治疗,试验组使用小肠内置管肠排列手术治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果手术治疗后,试验组的有效率是94%,对照组的有效率是64%,两组结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。试验组4%出现了伤口感染情况,对照组34%出现了伤口感染情况,结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论小肠内置管肠排列手术对粘连性肠梗阻患者具有比较好的治疗效果,不良反应和感染率低,安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction in the small intestine. Methods According 100 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients from May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were analysis. These patients were grouped into control group and the experimental group, the control group uses the conventional surgical treatment, the experimental group using internal intestinal tube intestinal arrangement surgical treatment and clinical treatment of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After surgical treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was 94%, the effective rate of the control group was 64%, and there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The patients in the experimental group had 4% cases of wound infection, and the control group had 34% cases of wound infection, and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small intestine internal tube intestinal arrangement operation for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction has good treatment effect, adverse reactions and low infection rate, high safety.
