窝沟封闭治疗早期窝沟龋的临床疗效分析

Analysis the Curative Effect of Pit and Fissure Sealant in Treatment of Early Pit and Fissure Caries

目的分析不同窝沟封闭剂对早期窝沟龋的临床疗效情况。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的92例早期窝沟龋患儿作为研究对象,按照窝沟封闭剂不同,将其分为观察组（应用光固化流体树脂）及对照组（应用可见光固化剂）,各46例。比较两组治疗成功率及疗效评分情况。结果观察组治疗成功率为99.29%,高于对照组95.10%（P〈0.05）。观察组疗效评分优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用光固化流体树脂作为窝沟封闭剂治疗早期窝沟龋疗效更佳。

Objective To explore the effect of different sealant in early pit and fissure caries. Methods Selected 92 cases with early pit and fissure caries from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the observation group（used light-curable fluid resin） and the control group（used visible light curing agent）, 46 cases in each group. The curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The treatment success rate of the observation group was 99.29%, was higher than the control group 95.10%（P〈0.05）. The efficacy score of the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using light-cured resin as a pit and fissure sealant fluid treatment of early fissure caries has a good efficacy.
