出血性脑梗死临床特点和疗效分析

Analysis Clinical Features and Curative Effect of Cerebral Infarction and Hemorrhage

目的探讨出血性脑梗死患者的临床特点和临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析2013年6月~2014年12月收治的60例出血性脑梗死患者的临床资料,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予传统中性治疗方法,观察组给予舒血宁治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的70%,观察组临床治疗效果较高,组间数据对比差异显著（χ2=4.007,P〈0.05）。结论深入分析出血性脑梗死患者的临床特点及易发因素,给予舒血宁治疗能提升临床治疗效果,安全性、可靠性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and clinical effect of the treatment of bleeding of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective selected 60 cases with was hemorrhagic cerebral infarction clinical data from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 30 cases, the control group was given conventional neutral treatment, the observation group given shuxuening to treatment, compared clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observation group clinical curative effect was 93.33%, better than the control group 70%, was difference had statistically significance（χ2=4.007, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analysis of hemorrhage the clinical characteristics of patients with cerebral infarction and predisposing factors, given shuxuening treatment can improve the clinical treatment effect, high safety and reliability.
