微创经椎间孔椎间融合术联合单/双侧椎弓根固定治疗腰椎退变性疾病的疗效

The Clinical Effect of MI-TLIF Combine With Unilateral or Bilateral Pedicle Fixation in Patients With Lumbar Degenerative Disease

目的探讨微创经椎间孔椎间融合术(MI-TLIF)联合单侧及双侧椎弓根固定,在腰椎退变性疾病患者中的疗效。方法选择60例诊断为腰椎退变性的患者,随机平均分为观察组与对照组,分别给予MI-TLIF联合单侧及双侧椎弓根固定治疗。比较两组围手术期差异,并随访1年比较疗效。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、术后引流时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率、融合率分别为93.3%、96.7%,均高于对照组86.7%、90.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MI-TLIF联合单侧椎弓根螺钉固定治疗腰椎退变性疾病有较好的临床疗效,且对机体创伤小。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion（MI-TLIF）in combination with unilateral pedicle fixation or bilateral pedicle fixation on lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods Selected 60 patients with lumbar degenerative disease were included. All patients divided into observation group and control group with unilateral pedicle fixation or bilateral pedicle fixation. The scoring criteria of lower back pain were adopted to evaluate the clinical effects of two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative flow and postoperative drainage time and hospital stay in observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group effective rate and fusion rate was 93.3%, 96.7%, higher than the control group 86.7%, 90.0%.There were no differences between effective rate and fusion rate in two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of MI-TLIF in combination with unilateral pedicle fixation on lumbar degenerative diseases is satisfied.
