脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的效果作用。方法将我院2014年7月~2015年7月进行脑积水治疗的48例患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组24例,对照组行脑室外引流术治疗,研究组行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的治疗总有效率为87.50%,对照组为62.50%,研究组总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水具有较高的应用价值,可有效促进治愈效果。 Objective To study the effect of ventricle-peritoneal shunt in treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods Selected 48 patients with hydrocephalus from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 24 cases in each group, the control group underwent ventricular drainage treatment, research group row ventricle-peritoneal shunt for treatment, compared to the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the study group's total effective rate 87.50%, 62.50% in the control group, the study group total efficiency was higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Ventricle-peritoneal shunt for treatment of hydrocephalus has a high value, can effectively promote healing effect.
