对比腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗直肠癌的应用效果

Comparison Between the Application Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery in Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的比较腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治的68例直肠癌患者,随机分成实验组和对照组。前者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,后者给予开腹手术治疗,对比两组的临床效果。结果实验组的各项临床指标均优于对照组,并发症少于对照组,相比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌,疗效确切、安全性好,效果优于开腹手术。

Objective Comparison of the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods Selected 68 cases of colorectal cancer from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups. The former used laparoscopic surgery, which was given to open surgery, the clinical effect of contrast between the two groups. Results Clinical parameters in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, complications than the control group, was difference had statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer, efficacy, safety, and better than open surgery.
