23G微创和传统20G玻璃体手术治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病的临床效果对比分析

Contrastive Anslysis the Clinical Effect of 23 G Minimally Invasive and 20 G Traditional Vitrectomy in Treatment of Vitreoretinal Diseases

目的对23 G微创与20 G玻璃体手术治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病的效果进行比较。方法选取我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的玻璃体视网膜疾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组行23G微创玻璃体手术治疗,对照组行20 G玻璃体手术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组术后视力提高程度高于对照组（P〈0.05）,但两组并发症发生率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 23 G微创玻璃体手术治疗视网膜病变,术后局部瘢痕轻、眼部炎症反应轻、恢复快,疗效优于传统20 G玻璃体手术。

Objective Compared the effect of 23 G and 20 G vitrectomy minimally invasive vitreoretinal diseases. Methods Selected 60 cases of vitreoretinal diseases from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control groups. 23 G minimally invasive treatment group underwent vitrectomy, control group with 20 G vitrectomy, the clinical effects were compared. Results The treatment group was higher increase the degree of visual acuity（P〈0.05）, but no significant difference between two groups the incidence of complications（P〉0.05）. Conclusion 23 G minimally invasive vitrectomy retinopathy, postoperative scar light, ocular inflammation, faster recovery, more effective than traditional 20 G vitrectomy.
