摘要
目的探讨老年骨盆环骨折的临床内固定治疗方法。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月收治的老年骨盆环骨折患者36例行手术内固定治疗方法资料进行分析。结果老年骨盆环骨折患者36例,经治疗手术复位满意34例,移位小于4 mm,不满意2例。结论手术内固定对骨盆稳定有利,方便患者早期活动。其次是经髂骨体的不稳定骨折。C_3型骨折属于髋部骨折,应按髋部骨折治疗。手术时机,一般应在骨折损伤后一周左右进行为宜。
Objective To investigate the clinical internal fixation of pelvic ring fractures in the elderly. Methods Selected 36 cases of elderly patients with pelvic ring fracture date from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hosptial to analyzed. Results 36 cases of elderly patients with pelvic ring fracture, 34 cases were satisfied with the treatment, the displacement was less than 4 mm, 2 cases were not satisfied. Conclusion The operation of internal fixation is beneficial to the stability of the pelvis, and it is convenient for the patients to exercise. Secondly, unstable fracture of the iliac body. Type C_3 fractures are hip fractures and should be treated with hip fracture. operation time, the general should be in a week after the fracture injury is appropriate.
