综合医院抗菌药物的应用现状以及相关对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Application Antibiotics in General Hospitals

目的了解综合医院的抗菌药物的应用现状,提出合理对策。方法回顾性分析我院各科室86份出院患者的病历资料,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果选取的86例患者中有62例使用抗菌药物,总应用率为72.1%,应用频率最高的抗菌药为头孢类,其次为青霉素类。预防性用药占59.5%,主要存在的问题有预防性用药过多,病原学检送率不高等。结论我院仍存在不合理用药现象,应注重加强规范化管理,提高医务人员整体合理用药的水平。

Objective To understand the comprehensive hospital antimicrobial agents application present situation, put forward reasonable countermeasures. Methods Retrospective analysis total of 86 patients discharged from hospital medical records of antibacterial drugs used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 86 patients with 62 cases of the use of antibiotics, the total application rate was 72.1%, the highest frequency of antibacterial drugs for cephalosporin, followed by penicillin. Preventive medication accounted for 59.5%, mainly the existence of preventive drugs, pathogens to submit the rate is not higher. Conclusion In our hospital, there are still unreasonable drug use, should pay attention to strengthening the standardized management, improve hospital overall rational use of the level of personnel.
