盐酸米诺环素软膏和甲硝唑棒在慢性牙周脓肿治疗中的应用

Application of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment and Metronidazole in Treatment of Chronic Periodontal Abscess

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏和甲硝唑棒在治疗慢性牙周脓肿中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的56例牙周脓肿的患者资料,分为观察组和对照组,对比两组的治疗效果及其他各项指标。结果观察组临床疗效及其他各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用盐酸米诺环素软膏在治疗慢性牙周脓肿疗效优于甲硝唑棒,且预后良好。

Objective Study of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole in the clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic periodontal abscess. Methods Selected 56 patients with periodontal abscess in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group and the control group. The therapeutic effect and other indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy and other indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was obvious, and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in treating chronic periodontal abscess curative effect is better than that of metronidazole rod, and the prognosis is good.
