唑来膦酸联合放疗对肺癌骨转的治疗分析

Analysis the Therapy of Zoledronic Acid Combined With Radiotherapy in Treatment of Lung Cancer Bone Rotation

目的分析唑来膦酸联合放疗对肺癌骨转移的治疗效果。方法选取70例肺癌骨转移患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各35例。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前、后疼痛情况。结果两组治疗的总有效率及治疗前疼痛得分无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合放疗能有效的减轻肺癌骨转移患者的疼痛。

Objective Analysis of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy for the treatment of lung cancer bone metastasis. Methods Selected 70 cases of lung cancer patients with bone metastases, which randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 35 cases. Treatment and comparison groups before and after treatment of pain conditions. Results The total efficiency of treatment, and pain score before treatment was no significant difference（P〉0.05）, the observation group after treatment pain score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy can effectively reduce the pain of lung cancer patients with bone metastases.
