丹参红花汤剂浸泡双足联合介入治疗老年糖尿病足效果观察

Observation on Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Carthamus Tinctorius Decoctions Foot Baths Combined Interventional in Treatment of Elder With Diabetic Foot

目的观察分析用丹参红花汤剂浸泡双足与介入治疗相结合的方法治疗老年糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将我科收治的42例老年糖尿病足患者分为两组,对照组给予丹参红花汤剂浸泡双足治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用介入疗法。结果治疗组治愈率63.6%,总有效率为95.4,均优于对照组。结论丹参红花汤剂浸泡和介入治疗结合的方法治疗老年糖尿病足,创伤小、患者恢复快、临床疗效好。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza carthamus tinctorius decoctions foot baths combined interventional treatment for diabetic foot. Methods Selected 42 cases were randomly divided into the two group, the control group were treated by salvia miltiorrhiza carthamus tinctorius decoctions foot baths, the observation group were treated by salvia miltiorrhiza carthamus tinctorius decoctions foot baths combined interventional treatment. Results Treatment group cure rate 63.6%, total effective rate was 95.4, significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Intervention therapy is a safe and effective method for treating diabetic foot and its short- term therapeutic effect is definite.
