摘要
目的探讨不同护理模式对腹部手术术后患者胃肠功能恢复的治疗效果。方法入选我院2015年9月~2015年12月120例腹部手术患者,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理模式。结果观察组腹胀程度、肠鸣音回复时间及排气时间与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的感染发生率2.1%,低于对照组5.8%（P〈0.05）。结论术后给予循证护理,能有效的提高患者的胃肠功能恢复情况。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different nursing modes on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation. Methods Selected 120 cases of abdominal surgery were enrolled from September 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital, and the control group received routine nursing care. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing mode. Results The observation group of patients with abdominal distension, bowel sounds recovery time and exhaust time and compared to the control group compared with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, the observation group infection rate was 2.1%, lower than the control group 5.8%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The evidence based nursing care can effectively improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
