摘要
目的对细节管理应用于病房护理管理中的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年3月~2015年12月在我院接受住院治疗的患者128例,并随机分为对照组和实验组,各64例,观察并比较常规护理管理和细节管理的效果。结果实验组的不良事件发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的28.13%,健康教育知晓率92.19%,高于对照组73.44%,护理满意度93.75%,高于对照组75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论细节管理应用于病房护理管理中的效果十分理想,能够降低不良事件发生率,对健康教育知晓率以及护理满意度的提高有重要作用。
Objective Analysis and study the effect of detail management application in ward nursing management. Methods Selected 128 patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2015, which were divided into the control group and the study group, each group had 64 cases, compared conventional nursing management effect to detail management effect between two groups. Results Patients' nursing sideeffect incidence in study group was 6.25%, lower than the control group 28.13%, and patients' health education acknowledge probability in study group was 92.19% higher than the control group 73.44%. besides, patients' nursing satisfaction rate in study group was 93.75% higher than the control group 75.00%. there was differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value(P〈0.05). Conclusion Detail management is of favorable application efficiency in ward nursing management, it is conducive to reducing side-effect incidence and improving patients' health education acknowledge and patients' nursing satisfaction rate.
