护理管理影响下胆囊切除术围手术期护理效果分析

Analysis Nursing Effect of Cholecystectomy Perioperative Under Nursing Management

目的探讨护理管理影响下胆囊切除术围手术期护理的效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年10月在我科210例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者。所有患者均为全麻方式下行4孔或者3孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术。将其随机分为对照组和实验组,各105例。对照组采用常规护理;实验组采用护理管理配合常规护理的方法。结果观察组的护理质量考核成绩为护理技能（93.2±1.9）分,责任意识（91.7±2.1）分,高于对照组的（81.7±1.1）分和（78.2±1.3）分,两组差异有统计学意义（t=1.51,P〈0.05）。观察组总满意度为74.5%,对照组的总满意率为57.1%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过研究我们发现,引入护理管理能有效提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的满意度,最大限度地提升护理人员对自身专业技能的要求和责任意识的培养。

Objective To explore the nursing management under the influence of cholecystectomy perioperative nursing effect. Methods Selected 210 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from October 2014 to October 2015 in our department, which were general anesthesia way downward 4 hole or 3 hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 105 cases each. The control group using conventional care, the experimental group adopts the method of nursing management with regular care. Results The observation group of nursing quality evaluation result for the nursing skills（93.2±1.9） mm, responsibility（91.7±2.1）, higher than the control group（81.7±1.1） and（78.2±1.3）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t=1.51, P〈0.05）. Observation group total satisfaction was 74.5%, the overall satisfaction rate was 57.1% in the control group, the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the research we found that the nursing management methods effectively improve the satisfaction degree of the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, maximize the nursing requirement for their professional skills and the cultivation of the responsibility consciousness.
