摘要
目的探讨终末期肾病血液透析患者采用营养护理对生活质量的影响。方法选取终末期肾病血液透析患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予营养护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组营养不良炎症评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各生活质量评分均高于对照组,观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论终末期肾病血液透析患者采用营养护理可明显改善患者营养状况,提高生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional nursing on the quality of life in hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods Selected 84 cases of end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, each of 42 cases.The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given nutritional nursing, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group of malnutrition inflammation score was lower than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05), the life quality score in observation group were higher than control group, satisfaction rate in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients with nutritional care can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction.
